PRATIKSHA SPECIAL SCHOOL

Pratiksha Residential Special School for children with mental retardation had a humble beginning on the first of August, 2003 at Rajapur 22km from Vilavade with 12 children. On the 19th of October, 2004 with the financial assistance m Liliane Foundation, Netherlands, a small building with a small dormitory, a dining hall and a hostel for girls are constructed. At present 46 children reside and receive special education and necessary therapies.
